This website is provided by Ramos Auto Registration Services for general information about our services. We are a licensed DMV business partner, not a DMV office. The same services are available from the DMV at no service charge. Information about DMV fees, deadlines and requirements is summarized from dmv.ca.gov and may change; the DMV’s current rules control. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Fees
State fees are set by the California DMV and collected on its behalf. Our service fees are posted on the fees page and at the counter, are in addition to the DMV fees, and are confirmed before any transaction is processed based on what the DMV record requires. Notary fees follow California Government Code section 8211.
Posted prices are cash prices. Paying by credit card adds a 3.79% convenience fee on the total.
No refund policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds on service fees once processing has begun; DMV and state fees, penalties and third-party charges are non-refundable.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent is Not a Condition of Service. Agreeing to receive text messages is entirely optional and is not required to purchase any service from Ramos Auto Registration Services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Kern County courts.
