Information we collect
When you contact Ramos Auto Registration Services through our website, by phone or by text, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information and a description of the DMV transaction, notary or insurance service you need. Information you provide in person for a DMV transaction is handled under the DMV’s rules for business partners and is used only to process that transaction.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, tell you what to bring, schedule appointments and mobile verifications, process the services you ask for, and follow up on them. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the California DMV as required to process your transaction, with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our customer messaging and CRM tools), and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.
SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Program: Ramos Auto Registration Customer Texts. By opting in through the form on our contact page, you agree to receive the following message types:

- Appointment confirmations for mobile VIN verification visits

Service providers: messages are delivered using GoHighLevel, Twilio, Anthropic Claude AI.
Consent records: records of SMS consent (including the date, time, and form submission) are retained for a minimum of 4 years.
